To start, I have been in and out of gyms since I was 16 years old. It all started started at the local YMCA. Although I was just winging it and didn't know much of anything about working out, I did know for certain; that afterwards, I felt good, less anxious & empowered! Going to the gym became apart of my daily routine and throughout the years, I learned more and more through trail and error. Here I am today, helping women who may not know exactly where to or how to start or other women who need that extra push or whom or simply feel stuck. I help women like you.
I will say this, change will not happen by doing the same exact thing over and over again or spending way too much time on the treadmill. You'll make progress at first but then you will get stuck. Sound familiar? Trust me, I get it. I use to wander from machine to machine with no program or game plan and this is exactly why I do what I do. I want to help people like you!

Once I analyze your body type, body mass index (BMI) and metabolism I then create your individualized fitness plan. All plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for you.
