Hi there and welcome to my page! Id like to share a little bit of what I am about with you, right here.
I have been in and out of gyms since I was 16 years old. As a matter of fact, I started my workouts at the local YMCA. Although I was just winging it, I felt so empowered just being in the gym itself. As time passed and my interest in working out grew, I ventured into another gym. Olympia gym then became my second home. At this point in my life, I was graduating high school with not much direction however, college classes were something I wanted to dive right into so I took a load of general studies courses. Time went by and well, lets just say life has a funny way of throwing curve balls so- with that being said, a HUGE part of who I am today is due to personal experiences and hard lessons and honestly, training is therapy; No joke and most of the time its not even about my body and all about how it makes me feel. Don't get me wrong, once you consistently put in the work and see results, I promise you that is a drive in itself to keep you going BUT, change will not happen by doing the same exact thing over and over again or spending way too much time on the treadmill. You'll make progress at first but then you will get stuck. Sound familiar? Trust me, I get it. I use to wander from machine to machine with no program or game plan,
Throughout the years, my interest in health and fitness only grew stronger and I finally had some direction- I knew what I wanted to do! What can I say- I was a late bloomer. I then decided to get certified as a personal trainer and learn everything I could about health and fitness and I am so glad I did!! The feeling of helping others and essentially changing their life is just awesome. There's no better feeling.
